Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through psychotherapy, cognitve behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis and/ or art therapy I am able to help you recover or find motivation, perspective, and healing.

I am a certified clinical trauma professional and can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
I use encrypted Zoom for telehealth. All services are HIPPA compliant and confidential. Sessions are less for online as I do not have to pay as much office space rent.
